Margaret Merrilees's award-winning novel The First Week was published in 2013. Fables Queer and Familiar started online and were broadcast as a radio serial. The book was published in 2014. Her most recent novel Big Rough Stones is the back-story, in novel form, of some of the characters from the Fables.

Chia Moan is a feminist, artist and concerned citizen. Her poster and organising work recently featured in a large retrospective at the Hackney Museum in London. Women on Screens showcased the work of the Lenthall Road Workshop, which she co-founded. It ran from the 1970s until the 90s. Chia lives in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales where she soaks up nature through bushwalking and plein air painting.
