Grace back on Court

Maddy Proud

Netball nerd Grace Parker leads a busy life. Not only are there the usual challenges of high school, but Grace and her once enemy Amber Burns are trialling for the state under 15 netball team, dreamy aspiring rockstar Sebastian King is paying her a lot of attention, and Grace must decide between doing the right thing by her new netball friend Daisy, or going to the Kings of Linwood concert on Saturday night with her besties Mia and Stella. She thinks she has the solution, but will they understand?

It's going to be a big year.

Praise for Maddy Proud's previous book, Grace on the Court

'One of the best books I've ever read!' - May, 13

'Grace on the Court is an amazing book. Everyone should read it, not just netballers! It had relatable characters and interesting plot twists.' - Abi, 11

'One of my favourite books.' - Taya, 13

'Absolutely amazing - and normally I hate reading books!' - Mia, 12

'My daughter is dyslexic. Your book though is a game changer! The story is age-appropriate funny and relatable - and she's read it cover to cover twice!!' - Allie, mother of Bella, 13

'While there have been other netball-focussed novels written for young readers, none has really captured the spirit of the game and the power of the friendships developed through netball like Grace on the Court.' - Netball Scoop
