Mirror Image

Mirror Image is the story of a bizarre relationship between two elderly, neighbouring women. It is also a statement of the anonymity of many folk living in the suburbs and an observation of the lasting effect of hurtful childhood experiences.

It is a story too of envy and desire that leads one woman to murder, in pursuit of her dream, with a callousness that shocks. The reader follows the gradual growth in some areas of her placid life, none of which is able to change her basic damaged personality.
